The Chamber frequently partners with a myriad of organizations that collaboratively work to ensure that business is intricately linked to the school system officials and board members. For three consecutive years, the DeKalb Chamber has hosted the Professional Association of Georgia Educators (PAGE) Student Teacher Achievement Recognition (STAR) program for DeKalb County. This programs honors Georgia's outstanding high school seniors and the teachers who have been most instrumental in their academic development.  During the past 50 years, the STAR Program has honored more than 21,000 high school seniors who have in turn chosen their STAR Teachers to share in this recognition.
